You have heard His call,
"Come follow me."
He has drawn you into His work of fishing for souls.
You have stepped into His boat.
You have learned the skills of His trade.
It is good work but it is not easy to do it well.

The hours have been long.
The seas have been choppy.
The nets have been heavy.

You remember His saying,
"Come away for a little while to a quiet place."
Even God rested.
Even Jesus took time for renewal.

It is time to drop anchor for awhile; 

Spend some time on solid ground;
Enjoy solitude;
Meet with those who nurture, mentor and inspire;
Refresh heart, soul, mind and body;
Gather with colleagues who share a passion for excellent ministry.

Come away for a little while to a quiet place… a place to enter into Sabbath time,
Reflect on the voyage,
Gain new strength,
Envision new horizons,
And prepare to set back out to sea.
